Eligibilty :

1. By entering into the Guvera Top Stream Competition, you agree that information as
to how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions, and that entry into this
competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to residents and/or permanent residents of India (“Eligible
Entrants”).

3. Employees, directors and management of Guvera, and their immediate families, and
its agencies associated with the competition are ineligible.

4. Eligible Entrants must be a registered user (“Member”) of Guvera.

5. Eligible Entrants who are under the age of 18 years of age as at the date of posting
their entry must have permission from their parent or legal guardian

Entry into Competition

6. Competition commences at 12:00am (IST) on Friday 25 September 2015 and closes
at 11:59pm (IST) on Sunday 25 October 2015 (“Competition Period”).

7. To enter the competition, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period,
complete the following:

(a) the Eligible Entrant must be a Member of the Guvera service; and
(b) the Eligible Entrant must stream a minimum of one thousand (1,000) tracks on
the Guvera service during the Competition Period.

Confirming the Winner

13. The winners will be the Eligible Entrants who stream the most tracks on the Guvera
service during the Competition Period and who satisfy the eligibility requirements.

14. This is a game of skill, and chance will play no part in determining the winners. The
winners shall be chosen by a panel of three (3) judges who will determine the Eligible
Entrants who have streamed the largest number of tracks on the Guvera service
during the Competition Period.

15. Winners will be notified by telephone or email by no later than 5:00 pm (IST) on
Monday 12 October 2015.

16. Guvera’s decision is final and Guvera will not enter into any correspondence,
argument or dispute regarding the result.
